Privacy policy
Short version: I use your information to call you back about your garage door. That's it.

What I collect
When you call, text or send the estimate form, I get what you give me: your name, phone number, ZIP code or neighborhood, what the door is doing, your opener brand, any notes, your email if you add it, and any photos you choose to send. The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you came from an ad or link, its campaign tags.
How I use it
To call you back, schedule the visit and do the job. Photos help me bring the right parts. I don't sell or share your information, and I don't send marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the box on the form, I may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. I don't text anyone who hasn't agreed to it.
Where it's kept
Form requests are stored securely with Cloudflare, who host this site, and sent to me by email and text so I can call you back. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam bots.

Ask me to see or delete your information any time: call (619) 930-7869 or email onyxgdsolutions@gmail.com. Reviews quoted on this site come from Google and show first name and last initial only.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages help people and whether the call, text and estimate buttons get used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and doesn't receive your name, phone number or anything you type into the form. There are no advertising trackers.
